We want people who will respect each other and work as a team to bring everyone involved to any content they wish, end-game, pvp, role play, etc. The basic premise of this requires us all to work together towards gearing every member horizontally. As such, our looting policies are based on what would benefit the free company best as a whole, as opposed to DKP.
